As I reflect on our brand story, I can't help but feel overwhelmed with emotion. It's been quite the journey filled with adventures and heartfelt moments. We're a British family, consisting of me, my dear wife Welch, and our two lovely daughters. Every year, we embark on global travels during our daughters' school breaks, driven by our passion for exploring the world.
During one of our trips to Tokyo, Japan, our youngest daughter had an idea. She said, "Hey Mum and Dad, every time we see something cool, we always go 'Wow! Woot!' Why don't we share that excitement with others?" Inspired by her suggestion, we saw it as a golden opportunity.

In 2018, we founded WowWoot as a family endeavour. Starting as a small team, we were fuelled by curiosity and a love for creating. Our annual travels became invaluable opportunities for finding inspiration and sourcing products. That special moment in Tokyo served as the catalyst for our brand's inception.
Over time, WowWoot grew, attracting designers and artisans from around the world. Their contributions injected more creativity and diversity into our brand, ensuring each product exuded unique charm.
Despite our brand's expansion, we've remained true to our roots, aiming to bring joy and excitement to every customer with our products and designs. We firmly believe that each "Wow! Woot!" from a satisfied customer is the most rewarding part of our journey and serves as our constant motivation.

As you know our one of the basic reasons why we incorporated WowWoot is to provide the best quality products to our customers with lowest possible price. Unlike the conventional sellers, we don’t operate many physical stores with high rents, wages and distribution overheads. We have our own warehouses. There are no agents involved in procurement process. For all rest of the operations until the dispatch of the products, we have in-house departments. Eventually, we are able to cut the unnecessary cost and we prefer to pass that benefit on to our customers.
